About Wall Display

Wall Display LLC provides custom wallpaper printing, wall murals, wallpaper collections, wall art prints, and related services in the UAE. Our products are made to order based on the selected design, wall size, material, and customer-approved details.

All measurements, designs, materials, production details, delivery arrangements, and installation schedules must be reviewed and confirmed before production begins.

Customer-Provided Content and Artwork

When you upload, send, or submit any image, artwork, design, logo, file, or reference material to Wall Display, you confirm that you own the rights to use that content or have permission from the copyright owner.

You agree not to submit any content that is unlawful, offensive, harmful, obscene, threatening, defamatory, or that infringes the rights of another person, artist, brand, company, or copyright holder.

Wall Display reserves the right to refuse to print or produce any content that we believe may violate copyright, intellectual property rights, public standards, or applicable laws.

You remain responsible for the content you provide to us. Wall Display is not responsible for verifying ownership, copyright, or usage rights for customer-submitted files.

File Quality and Print Results

For the best print result, all artwork and image files should be supplied in high quality and at the correct size whenever possible.

Before production, customers are responsible for reviewing and confirming the following:

• Image resolution and clarity
• Cropping and composition
• Final size and wall dimensions
• Text placement, logos, and important design elements
• Color tone, brightness, contrast, and overall appearance
• File type and file quality
• Any spelling, wording, or design details included in the artwork

Low-resolution files, screenshots, small images, heavily compressed files, or images taken from websites may not print clearly at large wallpaper sizes.

If we notice an obvious issue with the supplied file, we may contact you before production. However, final responsibility for file quality remains with the customer unless a separate design or artwork preparation service has been agreed in writing.

Color Accuracy

We make every reasonable effort to produce accurate and high-quality print colors. However, printed colors may appear different from what you see on a phone, tablet, laptop, or monitor.

Color differences can happen because screens are backlit, each device displays colors differently, and wallpaper materials have different textures and finishes.

By placing an order, you understand that slight color variation between the digital preview and the final printed wallpaper or wall art is normal and does not qualify as a printing defect.

Measurements and Wall Sizes

All wallpaper orders are produced according to the confirmed wall measurements.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate wall dimensions unless a Wall Display measurement service has been arranged. Measurements should include the full wall width and height in centimeters.

Wall surfaces, corners, ceilings, skirting, uneven walls, doors, windows, AC openings, sockets, and other site conditions may affect the final wallpaper layout or installation.

Wall Display is not responsible for incorrect measurements provided by the customer. If a wallpaper is printed based on incorrect measurements, a new print may be required at an additional cost.

Material Selection

Wall Display offers different wallpaper and print material options. Each material may have a different texture, finish, thickness, adhesive type, and final appearance.

Customers are responsible for choosing the material that best suits their space, wall condition, and usage requirements. Our team may provide guidance, but the final material selection must be approved by the customer before production.

Slight differences in texture, finish, and appearance may occur between samples, website images, and final printed products.

Custom Orders and Approval

Most Wall Display products are custom-made to fit a specific wall, size, design, or customer request.

Once the customer confirms the design, size, material, quotation, and order details, the order may proceed to production.

After production has started, changes to size, design, material, quantity, delivery address, or order details may not be possible.

Custom-made products cannot usually be cancelled, exchanged, or refunded once production has started, unless there is a confirmed production defect or damage covered by our Return and Refund Policy.

Design Adjustments and Artwork Services

If your order includes design adjustment, resizing, layout preparation, or custom artwork work, the scope of the design service will be agreed before starting.

Simple layout adjustments may be included depending on the order, while advanced editing, custom design, image restoration, artwork creation, or major revisions may require an additional fee.

Any design preview, mockup, or digital proof is for approval purposes only. The final print may vary slightly depending on material, scale, lighting, and wall conditions.

Production Time

Production time may vary depending on the order size, material, file readiness, artwork approval, and workload.

Orders usually proceed to production after payment confirmation, file approval, and final order confirmation.

If there are delays in customer approval, payment, file correction, measurement confirmation, or communication, production and delivery timelines may also be affected.

Wall Display is not responsible for delays caused by late responses, incomplete information, incorrect files, supplier delays, courier delays, or circumstances outside our control.

Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, contact number, and any required delivery instructions.

If the delivery address is incorrect, incomplete, or changed after dispatch, additional delivery charges may apply.

Once an order has been handed to a courier or delivery partner, delivery timing may be affected by the courier schedule, location, building access, customer availability, or external delays.

Wall Display is not responsible for failed delivery attempts caused by incorrect customer details, unavailable recipients, or restricted building access.

Installation

Wallpaper installation is available.

Installation must be scheduled and confirmed by our team. Any installation date or time may be affected by site readiness, access, parking, building permissions, wall condition, previous wallpaper removal, moisture, uneven surfaces, or other site factors.

Before installation, the customer must ensure that the wall is clean, dry, smooth, accessible, and ready for wallpaper application.

Wall Display is not responsible for installation issues caused by poor wall condition, moisture, cracks, dust, paint failure, uneven surfaces, water leakage, or hidden wall defects.

Product Matching and Reorders

If you are placing a new order to match a previous wallpaper, mural, or wall art print, please contact us before ordering.

Exact matching cannot always be guaranteed due to possible changes in material batches, printer settings, color profiles, lighting, wall conditions, and natural aging of the previous print.

Wall Display is not responsible for differences between old and new orders if the matching requirement was not discussed and confirmed before production.

Returns, Refunds, and Defects

Because most Wall Display products are custom-made, returns and refunds are limited.

If you believe your order has a production defect, damage, or printing issue, please contact us as soon as possible with clear photos and order details.

Wall Display will review the issue and decide whether a replacement, correction, or other solution is appropriate, in line with our Return and Refund Policy.

Issues caused by incorrect measurements, low-quality customer files, approved artwork, customer color expectations, wall condition, installation by others, or misuse of the product may not qualify for refund or replacement.

Website Information

We try to keep all website information, prices, product details, images, and descriptions accurate and up to date. However, errors may occasionally occur.

Wall Display reserves the right to update product information, prices, materials, policies, website content, and terms at any time without prior notice.

Images shown on the website are for visual reference. Final products may vary slightly depending on size, material, lighting, screen display, and installation conditions.

Limitation of Liability

Wall Display will make every reasonable effort to provide professional service and high-quality products.

However, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including delays, missed deadlines, installation site issues, loss of business, loss of opportunity, or costs caused by customer error, third-party delays, or circumstances outside our control.

Our responsibility is limited to the value of the product or service purchased from Wall Display.

Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, images, designs, graphics, logos, layouts, and branding, belongs to Wall Display LLC or its respective content owners.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, reuse, or modify any content from the Wall Display website without written permission.

Customer submitted artwork remains the property of the customer or the rightful copyright owner. Wall Display will not sell or reuse customer-submitted artwork for other customers without permission.

Privacy and File Storage

Files, artwork, and order details submitted to Wall Display may be stored for production, reprint, customer service, and record keeping purposes.

We do not sell customer files or personal information.

If you would like us to delete specific artwork files after your order is complete, you may contact us with your request. Please note that some order records may still need to be retained for business, accounting, or legal purposes.

Changes to These Terms

Wall Display may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
