2. Return Period:
You must initiate a return or refund request within 2 days from the date of delivery. After this period, we will not be able to process any returns or refunds.
3. Non-Eligible Items:
Certain items are not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or returns, including but not limited to:
- Personalized Items: Any items that have been customized or personalized according to your specifications like (custom sizes wallpaper, canvas frames, etc..)
4. Return Process:
To initiate a return, exchange, or refund, please follow these steps:
- Step 1: Contact our customer support team at email@example.com, within the eligible time frame. Provide your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant details or images.
- Step 2: Our customer support team will review your request and provide you with further instructions. If applicable, they will issue you a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- Step 3: Pack the item securely, including all original packaging, tags, and accessories. Write the RA number on the package.
- Step 4: Ship the item back to us using a trackable and insured shipping method. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
5. Refund Process:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:
- Original Payment Method: Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used during the purchase.
- Refund Amount: The refund amount will exclude any shipping fees, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
6. Processing Time:
Refunds, exchanges, and returns typically take 4 business days to process after we receive the returned item. Please allow additional time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment method.
